Retaliation law
Retaliation law, also known as anti-retaliation law, refers to legal protections afforded to individuals who engage in protected activities, such as reporting discrimination or harassment, participating in investigations, or exercising their legal rights, and prohibits adverse actions taken against them in retaliation for such activities.
By prohibiting retaliation and providing remedies for victims, anti-retaliation laws aim to protect individuals who exercise their rights and ensure that they can do so without fear of adverse consequences.
